When you are getting ready to share your research data, you may have questions about how you can control access to your data. Maybe you have sensitive data that can’t be shared broadly, or maybe you just want credit for the data’s use. This workshop is for anyone who has questions about how they can protect themselves or their subjects when sharing research data. We will be covering:
- Data ownership
- Research data and copyright
- Data use agreements

Instructor(s): Judy Rabinowitz is the Interlibrary Loan and Scholarly Communication Librarian at the Hirsh Health Sciences Library. She is liaison to many divisions within Tufts Medical Center and is also your go-to librarian for guidance on reusing materials under copyright, publishing, author's rights, and obtaining materials from outside the Tufts Libraries collections.
Allie Tatarian (they/them) is a data librarian, liaison for the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and former biomedical researcher.
