In the second part of nextflow and nf-core workshop, we move beyond the command line to demonstrate how the Tufts Open OnDemand web interface makes running powerful bioinformatics workflows accessible to everyone. We will show you how to launch nf-core pipelines through a simple, "point-and-click" browser experience that handles all the technical complexity behind the scenes. No coding skills or terminal experience are required—you will learn how to select your data, set your parameters through a visual form, and manage your analysis using intuitive menus. This session is perfect for researchers who want to leverage the full scale of the Tufts HPC to run professional-grade pipelines, like RNA-seq or variant calling, without ever having to write a single line of code.
Requirements:
- This workshop will use the newly updated HPC. If you don't have access to the new cluster(https://ondemand-prod.pax.tufts.edu/), please submit a cluster account request at least 3 days prior to the workshop.
- 2FA is required
- Tufts VPN is needed for off-campus network
